Portrait Session - The perfect gift for Christmas

Thank you for your interest in my award winning Portrait Sessions. Please read the full terms and conditions prior to booking a session.

The session costs are as follows:

Digital Packages
- 3 Digital Images Downloaded £150
- 5 Digital Images Downloaded £200
- 10 Digital Images Downloaded £300

Print Packages
- 3 Digital Images plus 3 matching 8x6 prints £210
- 5 Digital Images plus 5 matching 8x6 prints £275
- 10 Digital Images plus 10 matching 8x6 prints £350

Additional Products (Available to add on to packages)

Digital images - £30 each
Wall Art - prices from £225

£50 Deposit is required to secure the session, which will be deducted from the package price. Package is purchased at the time of viewing your proof images. You will be contacted within 2 weeks of your session to arrange an online viewing of your images via Zoom. Products will be available to view on day of portrait session.

What to wear:
Ultimately, I want your children to be comfortable and for you love what they are wearing as they will hang on your walls for years to come therefore the most important thing is that you are happy with the styling of your images. However, I'd recommend snug fitting plain, dark solid colours and avoid patterns or logos (with the exception of tartan as this has a lovely Christmassy feel if you wish). Deep Red, Dark Green, Black, Navy or Dark Grey are good colours to wear. The portraits will focus on head and shoulders but please wear dark lower garments incase these are seen and to avoid colour casts in your images.

Terms and Conditions:
1. I can accommodate sibling groups of up to 3 children per session. Cousins, friends or additional family members are not permitted due to Coronavirus restrictions. All attendees must be from one household and reside within East Ayrshire.
2. I would recommend these sessions for children aged 3+.
3. You must arrive on time for your session. If you are late then the session finish time will still apply.
4. Please ensure that children are fed and rested prior to the session.
5. Your digital images will be available for you to download directly to your computer..
6. A gallery of up between 5-10 proof images will be edited for you to choose your favourite images for your package.
7. I request that no more than one adult attend each session to accompany the children and masks must be worn at all times.
8. Your package and any additional products if you require them can be purchased at https://lynneharperphotography.bigcartel.com following the sessions.
9. Lynne Harper Photography cannot be held responsible or liable for any colour balance or quality issues of any prints reproduced from the digital images by third party printers.
10. Images remain copyright of Lynne Harper and may be used in portfolio and for advertising purposes. Please state in your booking form if you have any issue with these terms.
11. I will be wearing a mask at all times and request that client do too unless having their image taken.
12. I will be maintaining a two metre distance at all times and therefore may need your parental assistance to sort clothing/hair etc during the session.
13. A Covid Waiver will be emailed to the the evening before your session to confirm that you and your household are fit and well for your session.
14. An automatic hand sanitiser station is situation at the front door. All adults and children must use this prior to entering.
15. Outdoor shoes and jackets must be left in the hall outside of the studio, on a sanitised clothes rack.
16. Windows will be open at all times to ensure optimum ventilation throughout the session.
17. Session fee is non-refundable however in the case of a Covid-19 lockdown/isolation situation, session fee is transferable to a later session or refunded.
